Peter Graves
Appeared at Drury Lane in Ivor Novello musicals, “Glamorous Nights”, “Careless Rapture” and “The Crest of the Wave”. He starred in a large number of West End musicals and plays including: – “The Merry Widow”, “The Water Gypsies”, “The Glorious Days” and “The Reluctant Peer”. he starred with Gertrude Lawrence in “September Tide” in America. Married Vanessa Lee and starred together in several productions including Noel Coward’s musical “After The Ball”, “The Merry Widow” and “The Last of Mrs. Cheyney”. Appeared in many films “I’ll never Forget What’s ‘is Name”, “The Assassination Bureau” and “The Adventurer”.
