Janet Morrison was born on October 24, 1905 in Dover, Kent, England as Janet Zoe Emilie Morrison. She was an actress, known for The Man Who Came to Dinner (1947), My Brother Jonathan (1948) and Give Me the Stars (1945). She was married to Donald Henderson. She died on January 4, 1972 in Whitstable, Kent.

In 1930, she had an affair whilst on Broadway with Brief Encounter actor Cyril Raymond and from this romance came the birth of a child. When the child was four, she gave him up for adoption and he was never to see his mother again or know who his real parents were.
