Malcolm Milne

1965 – November 18th – Born in Bromsgrove General hospital
1972–1976 – Studied at the Croft prep school – Stratford on Avon
1975 – Played a school child in Merry Wives of Windsor at RSC Stratford, directed by Trevor Nunn, starring Ian Richardson, Barbera Leigh-Hunt, Brenda Bruce, Trevor Peacock, Roger Rees and Geoffrey Hutchings to name a few.
1976 – Played Young MacDuff – The Other Place – Stratford (RSC) – Directed by Trevor Nunn – Starring Dame Judi Dench, Sir Ian Mckellan, Susan Dury, Ian McDermot, Roger Rees, Bob Peck, Duncan Preston & John Woodvine.
1976/77 – Played Young MacDuff – The main theatre – Stratford (RSC)
1978 – Played a babe in ‘Babes in the Wood’ at the Adam Smith Centre (Kirkcaldy)directed by Chris Potter starring Russell Hunter.
1979 – Played Tiny Tim in a Christmas Carol at the Adam Smith Centre(Kirkcaldy)
1980 – Played Ventricula in ‘A Merchant of Venice’ at The Adam Smith Centre (Kirkcaldy)
1983–1984 – Completed a Foundation Course in Drama studies at Kirkcaldy Tech College (Was fortunate enough to study alongside Dougray Scott). Attended the Scottish Student drama festival in Glasgow summer 1984.
1984 – Moved to Derbyshire and took a completely different career move into food retail management.
2006 – Left Somerfield after 22 years
2004 – 2007 – Played several different parts with St Annes Players Amatuer Dramatics group (Bristol).
