John Cooper

Teacher and playwright, John Cooper (1951–2018) founded the touring company Traffic of the Stage in 1986, producing some 70 plays over a 30-year period.

His own works include PARTY PIECES, NOTES FROM LONDON’S UNDERGROUND, THE PLEASURE PRINCIPLE, MISTRESS AND MUSE, 20TH CENTURY FAUST (revived as 21ST CENTURY FAUST), MATING BEHAVIOUR, THE EDUCATION OF A LAPDANCER and his unproduced final play, RENDLESHAM.
