Scott St Martyn

Scott, who is from Watford, has appeared on stage from the age of eleven. He trained at the Arts Educational School and while still there landed his first professional role at the Orange Tree Theatre, Richmond, in their summer musical, “Shoot-up at Elbow Creek”.
That was the beginning of many musical appearances, which have included Annas in the first repertory production of “Jesus Christ Superstar” in 1983 at York, Snowboy in “West Side Story”, Giorgio in “The Gondoliers”, Eddie in “The Rocky Horror Show” at Nottingham, Jacques in “Kinq of Hearts” at Edinburgh, Thomas Andrews in “Titanic” at Stevenage and Harold Nichols in “Full Monty” (Stevenage). He also took part in the original British production of “Mack & Mabel” at Nottingham. Nearer home, Scott’s West End appearances include Bert Barrie in “42^nd Street” at Drury Lane, Chantel in “La Cage aux Folles” at the London Palladium and Worker 1041 in “Metropolis” at the Piccadilly. Other theatre work includes the first British tour of “Annie”, “Poppy” at the Half Moon, and “It’s Wonderful”, a theatrical celebration of the work of George Gershwin; as a member of the Players Company, Scott toured in “The Good Old Days”.
Whilst on the concert tour of “Jesus Christ Superstar – 21^st Anniversary”, Scott decided to return to his roots, the amateur stage as a director, he directed over 150 shows .Scott now lives in a small town in Spain.
