First Night
Comedy-drama about an embittered actress, Sylvia, who’s offered a comeback by young playwright Martin Blake, but is incensed when the producer – her estranged husband Freddie – casts their daughter Patricia opposite her.
In this tour of two halves (with a gap in October), Letty, the dresser, was played in the first half by Betty Hare and in the second by her sister Mollie.
