2h:9m:37s

Scottish writer and performer Kris Haddow has lived with insomnia his entire adult life.

In this one-man performance, first performed as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival 2011, he leads a journey through the world of insomnia through the lens of a series of characters in satiric sketches based on his own lived experiences.

There’s Gordon, a man who really loves coffee.
There’s Brenda, a woman who hasn’t slept since ‘Oor Davy’.
And thrown in with some others, there’s Kris himself.

Why 2h:9m:37s?
What is the secret to a good night’s sleep?
And what’s really going on in our nation’s bedrooms at night?
