2h:9m:37s

A play by

Scottish writer and performer Kris Haddow has lived with insomnia his entire adult life.

In this one-man performance, commissioned for the Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival 2011, he leads a journey through the world of insomnia via a series of characters and sketches based on his personal experiences.

There’s Gordon, a man who really loves coffee.
There’s Brenda, a woman who hasn’t slept since ‘Oor Davy’.
And thrown in with some others, there’s Kris himself.

Why 2h:9m:37s?
What is the secret to a good night’s sleep?
And what’s really going on in our nation’s bedrooms at night?
