Play description
“…a spirited comedy which also includes pathos and poignant emotion centred around Sylvia’s big day. Gordon has proposed after 10 years of courtship but his pompous father is not keen to be connected with Sylvia’s parents. Sylvia’s best friend Yvonne is no help to her either but against the odds the wedding takes place… but not before many upheavals in the relationships between all the characters involved.”
