The Last of Mrs Cheyney
This revival retained Joan Collins, Simon Williams, Moyra Fraser and lighting designer Mick Hughes from the same year’s Chichester Festival production (5th May to 5th July 1980).
Initial tour dates at the Forum Theatre, Billingham and the Theatre Royal, Newcastle were cancelled when Joan Collins’ eight-year-old daughter was involved in a road accident and had to be hospitalised. (The Stage 28th August 1980, page 2.)
Press night at the Cambridge Theatre was 23rd October 1980.
