The Tempest
What’s the storm inside of you? When your life fractures and you split, how do you anchor and draw yourself back together? The Tempest was first performed in 1611 for King James the first of England and the sixth of Scotland. Today, 2022 The Tempest is being performed in the reign of King Charles III, the line of succession foresees two Kings to follow him. In this production you will encounter a near future formed through continued collisions of mixed realities. A splintering and connecting of love through intersectional interpretations of gender and sexuality. What’s the chance of rain?
