Old Rep Theatre

This 383 seat theatre in the centre of Birmingham plays host to the Birmingham Stage Company and numerous amateur companies offering a wide variety of productions from plays to musicals, regular sell-out Christmas productions and specially written issued-based drama for young people.

The Theatre was built in 1913 and was home to the Birmingham Repertory Company, led by Sir Barry Jackson, who staged numerous prestige productions, many of which have been landmarks in theatre history. They moved to a new venue in 1971: https://theatricalia.com/place/7c/birmingham-repertory-theatre-birmingham and this venue became The Old Rep.
