King’s Theatre

The King’s opened in 1906 and is a much loved among Edinburgh’s residents. Originally built as a variety theatre, the King’s plays host to Festival drama productions.

* Four wheelchair spaces available in the stalls.
* Wheelchair access is at the side of the Theatre.
* Please notify staff at Box Office to gain entry.
* Sennheiser infra-red system available on request.
* Receivers for use either with or without a hearing aid are available and can be collected from the foyer.
* Unisex accessible adapted toilet on stalls level.
* Bars on all levels are only accessible by stairs. However, theatre staff are available to bring refreshments to those who require assistance. Please request this service prior to the start of the performance.
* Guide dogs and hearing dogs welcome.
* Staff available to assist.
